i would like to welcome all of those who have signed up in this forum.  there are now 21 members and we hope that the number will keep growing. please feel free to reply to posts or create threads. i thank those that have already posted some messages. we have indicated some topics which may be of interest but you can always raise others if needed. we hope to hear from you so that we can create the network for female officers and cadets. we also hope that this forum will allow us to secure inputs which can help in policy formation for the betterment of women in the maritime industry!  we look forward to hearing from you! thank you!!
